National Inclusion Week

The school marked National Inclusion Week 2022 by delivering ‘Introduction to Diversity and Inclusion’ training sessions for our public-facing support staff. This included our Tour Guides, Porters/Security Officers, and Enterprises and Treasury colleagues.
The interactive sessions gave colleagues the opportunity to explore what diversity and inclusion means to them, the benefits of embedding diversity and inclusion, and our collective responsibility in promoting this through scenario discussions. This training will now be rolled out to all staff.
