Before you begin this form, you will need to collate:
- Two recent school reports
- A brief CV outlining extra-curricular activities
- Contact details for the person at your child’s current school who is best placed to provide a confidential reference
- Your child’s full birth certificate showing parental details
- Your child’s passport
- A recent photograph of your child
- If applicable: Evidence of existing additional medical or educational support requirements
- If applicable: Court orders regarding parental responsibility, residence or contact
Once you have completed and signed the form, you will need to pay the non-refundable application fee, currently £480. Registrations are assessed only as places become available; the registration fee does not guarantee placement.
