13+ Registration Form

Please complete the online registration form below.

As part of the registration, you will need to upload the following documents:

• Your child’s full birth certificate showing parental details
• Your child’s passport
• A recent photograph of your child
• Any applicable court orders e.g. parental responsibility, residence, contact etc. (scanned copy or photocopy only)

Once you have completed and signed the form, you will need to pay the non-refundable registration fee, currently £480. All registrations must be complete and received by the deadline of 1 July of your child’s Year 5.
