16+ Music Award Application Form

Please ensure that you have already registered the applicant with Winchester College before completing a Music Award Application Form.

As part of the Music Award application, you will need to upload the following documents as pdf files:

  • Marksheet for most recent exam taken on 1st study instrument, as well as 2nd and 3rd study instrument(s) if applicable
  • Certificate for most recent music theory exam taken (if applicable)
  • A typed personal statement detailing the applicant’s musical experience to date and their reasons for applying for Music at Winchester College. This should be no more than 600 words.
